Here is how it works:
From 9pm-10pm an hour of sleep is equal to 3 or 4 hours of sleep in the middle of the night.
From 11pm until 3am you get most of your energy and your sleep is deepest.
From 4am-6am, one hour is equal to 15 minutes of sleep during the night, so you don't really need it.
So the conclusion here is that the best time to go to bed is 9pm and wake up at 5am.
